「大切な人を連れて行きたい！」と思ってもらえるレストランを作りたい。
そんな想いでオープンした「La BOMBANCE」から10年。
確たる和食でありながら、時にはジャンルの垣根も越えていくというコンセプトはそのままに、
お客様に大切なお友達（dachi）との語らいをもっと“素（su）“の自分で楽しんでいただけたら・・・。
そんな気持ちを「Sudachi」の名前に込めました。
そして、料理人にとっても、ひとりひとりに光が当たる“巣立ち（Sudachi）”のステージとして、
それぞれがお客様と信呼吸しながら一期一会の瞬間を刻んでいければ・・・。
そんな“夢のようなレストラン”を目指しています。

Sudachi is a Michelin-selected Japanese restaurant located in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.
We offer a seasonal omakase course that combines traditional Japanese cuisine, sushi, and matcha in a refined counter dining experience. Each dish is carefully prepared and finished in front of guests, allowing them to experience the beauty of Japanese food culture through all five senses.
Our monthly changing course features the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from across Japan, incorporating both kaiseki-style techniques and contemporary creativity.
